Are OSEA products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, every OSEA product is 100% vegan and cruelty-free. We are proud to be Leaping Bunny certified and do not use any animal-derived ingredients like beeswax or lanolin.
What is the shelf life of your skincare products?
Most of our products have a shelf life of 24 months unopened. Once opened, we recommend using them within 6 to 12 months for maximum potency and freshness.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also log into your account on our website to view your order history and current status.
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your skin. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our seaweed-infused glow to more countries in the near future.
Are your glass bottles recyclable?
Yes! Sustainability is at our core. Our glass bottles and jars are fully recyclable. Please rinse them out and check with your local municipality for specific recycling guidelines.
