At OSEA Malibu, we want you to love your skincare ritual; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email address for easy printing at home.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the products in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
